Doula services at Journey of the Bump, LLC include:One free consultation to meet and connect with your doula. Up to 2 pre-birth visits tailored to meet your individual needs but generally include: 1 at-home postpartum visit usually during the first 2 weeks to answer any questions you may have, help refer you to appropriate resources and help with breast feeding if needed. We will use this time to process your birth. A time-line of birth events presented to you at your postpartum visit to help you write your birth story. -A condensed childbirth education course. -Help for Dad in knowing what to expect during labor and delivery. -Demonstrating and rehearsing helpful positions and exercises to familiarize you and your partner before arriving at the birth and trying them "cold". -Helping construct or going over your already constructed birth plan, babycare, and postpartum plan with helpful tools and resources to prepare you on your journey. -Assistance with packing a labor bag

Availability via phone/text/email for questions, concerns and general support from the date of hire to 3 months postpartum. Weekly phone or email check-ins starting at 36 weeks if you desire.24-hour on call period from 38 weeks to your birth.Constant support, as you define it, through your labor and delivery which includes labor massage if desired.
